HLPartnership has appointed Adam Smith to the new role of operations director.
He joins from international insurance, risk management and consulting services company, Gallagher, where he was operations director within UK Retail. Prior to that, Adam spent ten years at Northern Rock running BDM teams working with intermediaries as well as two years at Legal & General as head of intermediary accounts, before spending over seven years at Police Mutual, where he initially led their whole of market mortgage and protection advice service before becoming head of group operations.
