Having just opened their fantastic new office with great facilities, they are an extremely customer-focused business, supporting clients via face-to-face, teams, and on the phone. You will be working closely with the team creating an environment where people love to join and stay.
There is flexibility in your working pattern with the requirement of coming to the office 3 days a week to collaborate with the team.

The Role:
- Identify customers’ financial needs and advise them on the best products that suit their requirements.
- Ensure clients understand the products and services offered and the process.
- Complete customer interviews by appointment and on-demand and make sales that meet customers’ needs.
- Look for opportunities to attract new customers and professionals.
- Deliver a professional and credible service and ensure your knowledge is always up to date.
Who we are looking for?
- Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- In depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and the mortgage application process.
- Familiarity with protection products, including life insurance critical illness cover & income protection.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling accurate assessments of client needs and mortgage affordability.
- CeMAP or equivalent & CAS must have been attained.
