We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor working for a well-established firm looking for brokers within the Worcestershire area.
This is a remote working role offering both support and mentoring as well as leads to help you grow your client bank and increase your earning potential.

Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' financial situations and advise on suitable mortgage products.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and present mortgage applications to lenders on behalf of clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the mortgage process, addressing any queries or concerns.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial services, particularly in relation to mortgages.
- Basic maths skills for calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
