Are you a passionate and driven Mortgage Advisor with a proven track record of helping clients secure property?
Due to increased levels of new business via additional introducers, we are looking for a talented and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team. If you have at least 2 years of experience in the UK mortgage market, ideally as a whole of market adviser, a deep understanding of both residential and buy-to-let deals, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. You’ll provide tailored advice, recommend suitable mortgage products, and ensure a seamless journey from application to completion. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of the mortgage process, whether they’re first-time buyers, remortgaging, or investing in property.
For a mortgage and protection adviser role you would be expected to advise on a range of protection products and put the client in an informed position in regards to the risks of not fully protecting their mortgage, home and income.
For a mortgage only adviser role you will be expected to refer the client to a qualified protection adviser as part of the full advice process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ financial circumstances and property goals.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of mortgage products, including residential, and buy-to-let, it would be an advantage to have experience with specialist lending such as bridging loans, development finance and commercial mortgages but not essential.
- Research and recommend the most suitable mortgage options from a panel of lenders.
- Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process including the promotion of relevant protection advice and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor in the UK.
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and Competent Advisor Status (CAS) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and lender criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in mortgage software and tools (e.g., sourcing systems, CRM platforms).
