Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify competitive mortgage products.
- Prepare and present mortgage applications to lenders on behalf of clients.
- Advise clients on a range of protection options, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.
- Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation for mortgage applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes that may affect the mortgage market.
Experience
- CeMAP Qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of mortgage and protection products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
